  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Express Shipping available from $4.90 (final rate shown at checkout).

 

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 4–10 business days.
  • Express: typically 2–4 business days.

Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons may take longer.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Address changes & delivery issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to update the address, contact us before the order ships.
  • For lost/damaged shipments, contact us via the contact form so we can assist.

 

Partial shipments

  • Items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost.

 

Notes

  • Express services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.
