**The worst online purchase experience I have ever had** I have NEVER come across a company that, in my experience, has been so dishonest, deceitful, and able to misrepresent itself on so many levels. I ordered a 4XL heated jacket from NaturWide after carefully checking their online sizing chart and measuring myself before purchase. What arrived was labelled 4XL, but the actual jacket was nowhere near the measurements shown on their website. The chest measurement was about 42.5 inches, while their sizing chart stated it should be 49.6 inches. The shoulder measurement was about 16 inches, while their chart stated 18.2 inches. That is not a small difference. That is a completely different size. The jacket would not fit me, would not zip up, and would not even fit my wife, who is considerably smaller than I am. To make matters worse, the jacket also did not work. When connected to the battery, it produced no heat and no operational lights came on. I charged and tested both batteries, and the jacket remained completely dead. I contacted NaturWide and requested a full refund. Instead of accepting responsibility, they tried to push me into keeping the useless jacket by offering a 20% refund. When I refused, they increased it to 30% and asked me to keep the offer confidential. They also gave me a story about their carbon footprint, return shipping, economic hardship, and being a “young company,” rather than properly addressing the fact that the jacket was incorrectly sized and defective. In my opinion, this was not just poor customer service. It was misleading, evasive, and completely unacceptable. PayPal initially refused my Buyer Protection claim due to the false and misleading position put forward by NaturWide. However, after I provided photographic evidence showing what I believe was the scam being portrayed, my credit card company reviewed the matter and reversed the transaction in full. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn other customers to be extremely careful before buying from NaturWide. The product I received did not match the sizing chart, did not fit, did not work, and the company tried to avoid giving a proper refund by offering a small discount to keep a useless item. I would never purchase from this company again, and I have left as many online reviews as I reasonably could to warn other customers about what I believe was a scam.

Mir gefällt am Naturwide Faltstuhl Pro besonders das geringe Gewicht. Er ist sehr schnell aufgebaut und anschließend in der dazu gehörigen Tasche gut aufbewahrt. Ich habe ihn draußen noch nicht ausprobiert. Mir bereitet es ein wenig Sorge, dass er leicht nach hinten kippen kann, wenn man sich zu stürmisch darauf setzt. Mit Kindern ist da also etwas Vorsicht geboten, für Erwachsene einwandfrei!
