What materials are used for your outdoor products?

Our products are made of high-quality, durable and weatherproof materials such as robust nylon, water-repellent polyester and breathable fabrics, specially designed for outdoor adventures

How do I properly care for and clean my outdoor products?

Most of our products are easy to clean—simply wipe with a damp cloth or wash according to the care instructions to ensure longevity.

Is shipping free?

We currently offer free standard shipping in Germany and Austria.

Express shipping costs only €4.90 .

The following shipping costs apply to Switzerland:

• Standard shipping: 5 CHF

• Express shipping: 9 CHF

Why isn't my shipment updated with the tracking number?

In some cases, there may be delays in updating your tracking information. This is because our shipping service providers' tracking systems do not always update in real time.

However, as soon as your package is ready for delivery, you will be notified as usual – so you don't have to worry.

Canceling an order – is that possible?

We strive to keep our delivery times as short as possible. Therefore, your order will be submitted to a fully automated process, and shipping preparation will begin immediately.

Once this process has started, cancellation of your order is unfortunately no longer possible.

I haven't received my order yet?

During peak periods—such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day—delivery times may occasionally be longer due to high demand. We ask for your understanding.

Didn't receive a shipping notification?

As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

If you haven't received anything, it's possible that you accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order – or the email ended up in your spam folder. Please check this.

Something missing from your order?

Don’t worry – we’ll find a solution!

For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.

If an article is still missing, please write to us directly and tell us the following:

- Name of the product you did not receive


As soon as we have this information, we will make sure that everything reaches you as quickly as possible.

Important: Reports of missing items must be received within 7 days of delivery .

Right of return

📦 Do you want to return something?

No problem – with us, you have 14 days to cancel your order. This period begins on the day you receive your package.

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • be unused, unworn and in perfect condition
  • must be present
  • Order confirmation or receipt on

💸 Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you the full purchase price.

The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment – with no additional fees for you .

Please note: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received by us.

🚚 Return shipping

  • be returned to us within 14 days of your cancellation.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the reason is ours (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
  • Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Acceptance Refuse

Please note that refusing to accept an order does not constitute a proper return. In some cases, our packages are shipped directly from the manufacturer through external shipping partners. If a package is not accepted, it will not automatically be delivered to the correct return address – this may have legal consequences under Sections 355 and 357 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

To ensure you can properly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we ask that you only send returns to the return address provided by us. This is the only way to ensure a smooth and legally compliant return process.
